Every platform that hosts speech ends up rationing it. Throttles, shadow-bans, content moderation queues — all attempts to make the firehose manageable for the platform, not for the speaker. Speech is the price of being human, and humans aren't going to stop paying it. We just need a lane where the price isn't routed through someone else's policy.
